Learn to Move, Fundamental Movement Skills and Strategies is a poster series supporting the basic foundations of physical literacy. The posters follow a progression of skills, game strategies and tactics for basic, intermediate and advanced levels of movement competence, active living and tactical awareness.
Each of the 19 posters assists in teaching a fundamental movement skill (e.g., running, jumping, throwing, catching) or strategy (e.g., striking/fielding, territory, target).
